(Hello!) My name is Savannah (Bo) Risling, I am a member of the Hoopa tribe. I am a freelance graphic designer with a passion for conservation. I want to bring awareness to conservation and sustainability. I want to inspire people to not give up and to keep fighting for what they believe in because those are the people who make a positive difference in the world. Standing up with my people and spreading awareness on conservation issues is not only how I intend on being an ethical designer, but a steward of the land. My power to influence as a graphic designer will be used to boost those marginalized voices that are less heard and I make it my life’s mission to protect and preserve our one and only home.
